BUILDING CARE Wall Putty is a one-component waterproofing slurry for concrete or any cementitious substrates, based on white cement, specially treated quartz sand, reactive silica, and active chemicals. It needs only water prior to application. A ready-mixed white putty and skim coat for internal and external walls and ceilings of concrete, lightweight concrete, cement and gypsum plasters, texture coating, and wallpaper. Can also be applied as a final coat for both interior and exterior walls. Ideal for use in tropical and hot climates.
