Follow these four steps for best results with any Building Care product.
Clean surfaces, remove dust and debris. Ensure substrate is sound and free of oil, paint, or loose material. Dampen surface lightly for best adhesion.
Add powder to clean water (not water to powder). Mix with a low-speed drill until smooth and lump-free. Let rest 5 minutes, then remix briefly.
Apply with notched trowel, spatula, or spray machine depending on product. Work in manageable sections. Maintain consistent thickness per product specs.
Allow adequate drying time between coats. Protect fresh application from direct sun and wind for first 24 hours. Full cure typically 7 days.
