We Know What Walls Need, Because We Build Too

Building Care started with a simple frustration: imported putties that cracked in the Saudi heat, adhesives that gave up after one summer. So we built our own factory in Jizan, sourced raw materials from Germany, and licensed a formula from Japan that actually holds up.

Today our products go into villas, hotels, and commercial towers across the Kingdom. We keep things straightforward — honest specs, consistent batches, and a team that picks up the phone when you call.

Our founding team includes engineers and contractors who spent years working on Saudi construction sites. We know what fails and why — because we've been on the receiving end of bad materials. That experience drives every decision we make, from raw material sourcing to quality control on the production line.

Our Factory

Made in Jizan

Our manufacturing facility is located in Ahd Almusaraha, Jizan Province. The factory was purpose-built for construction material production, with dedicated lines for putty, adhesive, and grout.

Every batch goes through multi-stage quality checks — from incoming raw material testing to final bag sampling. We don't ship until the numbers match our spec sheets. Our lab runs adhesion tests, coverage measurements, and accelerated weathering simulations to ensure every product performs as promised.

Foundation

Company Established

Building Care was founded in Jizan with a clear mission: manufacture construction materials that actually work in Saudi conditions. Secured commercial registration and began factory planning.

Factory Build-Out

Production Facility Completed

Purpose-built manufacturing plant in Ahd Almusaraha goes operational. Installed dedicated production lines for wall putty, tile adhesive, and grout.
